1970s Rare Epiphone ET270 - (Roanoke, Va for sale in Roanoke, Virginia

It's rare that you come across these guitars since Kurt Cobain played one and there were only a limited amount made and still out there today. Vintage 1970s Epiphone ET270 made in Japan in red wood finish and black pickguard. It has two signature P-90 pickups, 1 volume and 1 tone controls, 3 way pickup selector and bass boost switch that very few guitars have. Nice blues sound played clean and raspy authentic sound played in overdrive or distortion. Was Kurt Cobain's guitar of choice in the bleach era. I happened to find this on ebay a few years back and paid 270$ for it so i'm looking to get back what I invested. I really don't want to get rid of it considering it's value to me since i'm a Kurt Cobain fan but I am desperate for cash due to hard times.
